Strict No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.
Discontinuance of Service:We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue The Loglines (or any part thereof) at any time. In the event of discontinuance, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of your current billing cycle.
Price Changes: We may change subscription rates at any time. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
One-Time Payment / Lifetime Access: 'Lifetime Access' refers to the lifetime of the 'The Loglines' publication. Should the publication cease operations, be acquired, or change its delivery model, the Lifetime Access agreement will be considered fulfilled. To maintain Lifetime Access, the user must maintain an active, subscribed email address. Unsubscribing from the newsletter constitutes a voluntary termination of the Lifetime Access agreement, and the seat may not be recoverable.
4 . Delivery Schedule & Availability
Standard Schedule: The Loglines is typically distributed on weekdays.
Holidays & Breaks: We do not publish on United States holidays. Furthermore, we reserve the right to observe "publishing hiatuses" for seasonal breaks or internal planning.
Service Interruptions: While we strive for consistency, we do not guarantee that the newsletter will be delivered at a specific time each day. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party technical issues, internet outages, or email provider filters.
5 . Intellectual Property & Usage Limits
Ownership: All content, including "The Loglines" branding, original film analysis, and newsletter layout, is owned by Nine Bulls.
Personal Use Only: Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the content.
Prohibited Acts: You are strictly prohibited from:
Redistributing, publishing, or "scraping" our content for commercial use.
Using our content to train AI models or LLMs without a specific commercial license from Nine Bulls.
Circumventing any "paywall" or security measures.
